    Love the shelf and metal rack, it shipped quickly too!

    I have nothing but praise for this product and this company. I requested a custom order and the company was more than willing to accommodate my request. When I received the order in the mail, there was an error in the customization due to a minor mistake. I contacted the company and they immediately responded to me. They were very willing to correct the error in a timely fashion. I just recieved the corrected item and we love it!! My daughter is so excited to have this in her room. The display rack is great quality and very well done. I would recomend this product and company to others!


    I’m saddened by my experience with this company given all the rave reviews! I feel it worth sharing my experience if you are wooed by the 5 star rating. My first rack came several days late after a delay, with 2 broken corners. This was not the companies fault but after contacting them, they offered 50% of my money back, squeeze the corners back together, or get a replacement. I asked for a replacement. I had to contact them 2x to get the mailing label to ship the broken display. I also had to reach out again and ask for an update on the replacement display, which they said was already shipped, though they didn’t email it had shipped nor did I receive tracking information. It arrived today, the white writing has tears in the lettering. I don’t want to go through the hassle again for another. Sad, it’ll go up looking like that.
