    Only shop I use to get Race Bib holders! This is my second one from them!!

    Love the items in this shop, however their customer service is one of the worst I have ever encountered. I ordered a plaque for my friend for Christmas. They contacted me on 11/22 and said I needed to pick a different design. I e-mailed back on the same day, with another item. They shipped it out and it arrived with a very noticeable error. The plaque was to read, "I run the path." It read, "I run he path." I contacted them and asked if they could rush me a new one. I was meeting my friend on 12/14. It is now 12/18 and I still don't have it. When I contacted the owner, she asked me if I wanted it mailed to a different address. I only have one! She then told me it was my fault because it took 2 weeks for me to respond what plaque I wanted. The e-mails are dated, not true! She was extremely rude and offered no solution. :((
