I placed an order with this shop for a Christmas present for my best friend. I specified exactly how I wanted product. The shipping time was wonderful and the shop did attempt to do what I requested. However, rather than product reading “You are Stronger Than You Think” it read “You are Stronger Tha You Think” with the N missing at the end of than. I messaged the owner and they responded a day later offering options to fix the error. In spite of the error, the shop did handle the situation well. It’s misfortunate that there was an error with my order, but mistakes DO happen regardless of best efforts. I will very likely purchase from this shop again because of their willingness to correct their error in any way necessary.
