I laugh was fine, but I do not like the picture holder at all. The frame has no real place to hang from the sign holder. It swings around on frame and is not secure at all. I wish it would have came with enough of the gold screws to use for all of the medals and race bids. My son liked it, but I wish we didn't have to make modifications and buy more hardware. With the issues that's have had with my sign, I have to say that their customer service is exceptional. They care about their products and the satisfaction of their customers and are looking at designs changes based on feedback. 5 stars
